WDT0(1) Φ28Φ80 pure iron round bars and 50mm70mm pure iron square bars are mainly used for high-performance NdFeB magnets. WDT0(1) has extremely high purity, featuring ultra-low carbon, low silicon, low manganese, low sulfur, and low phosphorus content. WDT0(1) 70mm~230mm pure iron square bars are primarily used in powder metallurgy, soft magnetic alloys, high-temperature alloys, and precision alloys. WDT0(1) is an excellent soft magnetic material with high saturation magnetic induction strength, low magnetic crystalline anisotropy, and low magnetostriction constant, making it ideal for various advanced applications.

WDTNB 70mm~230mm pure iron square bars are primarily used for amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys. Iron-based amorphous alloys exhibit better stability than soft ferrites in low and medium frequency applications. They have unprecedented soft magnetic properties, including high permeability, low coercivity, and low energy loss.

Primarily used for lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) cathode materials. As a highly pure iron source, it provides strong assurance for producing high-quality lithium iron phosphate. The high purity of the iron eliminates the risk of strong acid radical residues and negates the need for by-product treatment, allowing for the simplification of processes such as purification and pH adjustment, thus further reducing production costs. Additionally, it does not produce harmful chemical substances like sulfur dioxide, helping to minimize or prevent environmental pollution. This high-purity material offers significant advantages in both environmental protection and cost efficiency.

WDTGH(1) is primarily used as an iron-based raw material for smelting high-temperature alloys, heat-resistant alloys, and precision alloys, which are widely used in aerospace and civil alloy steel applications. The ultra-low phosphorus and sulfur content gives this material excellent electromagnetic properties, softness, good toughness, and superior thermal conductivity. Iron-nickel-based high-temperature alloys, composed of iron, nickel, chromium, and other elements, are enhanced through solid-solution strengthening to achieve outstanding high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. This material is extensively used in the manufacturing of aerospace engines and gas turbine components, capable of withstanding high temperatures while offering good machinability, making it an essential material in industrial applications.
